Hi, I have a team of 7 members. All of them enrolled to Trello and we are sharing the same board. This is fantastic.
The problem is that I opened additional board and I tried to invite only one of the members from the previous board. This is kind of board between me and this user only.
I pushed the "Invite to board" button and inserted his name. I can see his user but when I tried to click on his user I got the following message: "This user is already a guest on a different board within this Workspace".
What do I need to do?
thank you in advance
Amir
The message should say something more than that I think? Are you using the desktop app?
It should say something like "This user is already a guest on a different board in the Workspace. If you add them to this board you will have to pay for them".
If you are a workspace admin you can just do that. If you are not then the issue is you need the workspace admin to add them to the board or to the workspace as a member, because they are currently not a paid member (so they can only be on one board in the workspace).
Thank you Michael. Does it means that if the other guests will purchase a Trello member account they will be able to participate in more than one board?

They can't pay for themselves that way. You have them in a board that is in a workspace. Someone paid for the workspace (your workspace admin) so if the board you are adding them to - whatever workspace that board is in - you have to have that person paying for that workspace to add them to the board (or to the workspace).
It's the same as an application like Slack for example. You have a Slack site, and any members of the site are paid for, so that site's admin has to manage the billing and add them.

I'm the admin and I'm willing to pay for them in order to participate in the workspace. How can I do that?

Use a web browser:

I think you might be using the desktop app and there are issues with Apple and payments possibly that make the interface a bit weird.
