I suspect that it is because you have the summarize with AI set?

This is a new feature..

You can toggle it on or off in the menu > Email-to-board settings:

If you want to keep it on because it can be useful for some things, you can add a line at the beginning of emails, something like:

Put the paragraph below in full in the description

Nice trick 👏(I'm writing it down as a resource), but it's not really my problem.

I would like to set up some kind of automation that allows to remove a text from the mail.

Explanation: You know that text that is always put in the mails so that it does not print, because in the cards when it is sent by mail, it does not add anything, so I want to remove it automatically.
