I am trying to track the progress of my horseback riding students within my curriculum and have created a board that has lists for each level and then each student has a card within the level they are currently working towards.  I would like to give access to parents, but I would prefer to figure out a way that they can only see their own child's card.  Is this possible?  I am trying to figure out if I want to add parents as workspace members, observers, board guests, etc... I would prefer them to have read-only access.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Amy,

Thank you for the details about your use case!

This feature of having per-card permissions isn’t available in Trello right now, but we have had other users interested in this as well. With that in mind, I’ve added you as a “+1” to our existing suggestion, which you can access here: TRELLO-98

I would also recommend you to visit that suggestion, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. This will help our product and engineering team understand more about which functionalities our users are interested in. Also, when the ticket is updated by our product team, you'll be notified via email.

You can learn more about this by reading our Implementation of New Features Policy:
New Features Policy.

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!
