We have a business account and we are experiencing major lag issues on the “Home” page. We used the “items’ section a lot to determine what we have assigned for the day. Sometimes it load and sometimes it doesn’t. We have tried contacting support but they are very delayed in responding. We use this function daily so a timely response is important. Is anyone else having this issue with the home page or customer support?
