Is there a way to only trigger automation if a card name contains a standalone phrase?

I'm trying to trigger something if the card contains "PR" - I'd like to use it in a title such as "PR Test", so it triggers when the phrase PR is set standalone. However, it's triggering whenever it's in the middle of a sentence, so "practice" triggers it. Is there a way to have it ignore when it's a part of a sentence?
