Looking for a way to limit non admin team members from archiving the cards on boards, is this an option?

Hi @Mariah V unfortunately not at this time due to Trello's collaborative nature. This article talks about the permissions and various users. You could give them observer access, but then they wouldn't be able to comment, only view.

You may want to consider an internal procedure for your team where individuals move completed cards to a Done list, and each week the admin users can move the Done list to a separate board where only they have access. You could do this weekly or month and then name your list the week or month to keep record of what was competed each week or month.

You could also check the archives daily/weekly and talk to your team about the importance of them not archiving cards, until the procedure becomes habit for team members.

Hope this helps,

Thanks,

Jodi
