I receive no permission when adding Trello Slack App Integration again

This is the background:I installed the Trello Slack App Integration in 2018 and everything went well.I picked it up this month but I found I deleted that linked board in 2019.After several attempts i failed to link any board to it. 

Then i tried to uninstall the integration and install the integration for several  times.It always showed me "I ran into a problem loading the board at trello.com/xxxxxxxxxx Please check to make sure that you are providing a valid url to a board.".

I don't know how to resolve this problem.Any one knows?Thank you for any help!
