I have removed a team member from boards they no longer need to be a part of but they still see them in their recently viewed boards and can click on them and they open. They have logged out and back in to trello but the recently viewed boards remain the same. Any help on how to re-set the recently viewed boards? or remove that access?
Hi Jennifer, thanks for getting in touch.
Rafael here from Trello Support, I hope you're doing okay!
If they are members of your Workspace they can still see the boards if the boards are not private.
When you set them to private, users that are not a part of the board can no longer see them.
You can take a further look here - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-visibility-of-a-board/ for more details on how this works.
I hope this information helps, let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be happy to help!
Cheers,
Rafael
