How to map specific set of custom fields per different card templates?

Hi all, 

Assistance is required. 

Due to project needs, we must create template cards on the board with custom fields. Each template card would need to have a different combination of those. 
Unfortunately, we cannot make the one-to-many connection, only many-to-many works. 

I have tried to solve it through the rules section, but such a configuration is not allowed there. Same with unchecking the checkbox "Show field on the front of the card." 

Any ideas on how we could make the connection one-to-many? I would be highly appreciated it.

Hey @kateryna_morasoria!

In Trello when you create a custom field that field will be added to all the cards on that board rather than just specific cards, it's not possible for you to limit a custom field to only specific cards within a board.

You should however though be able to have different values in these custom fields from card to card so you could leave the custom fields blank on cards you don't need them and only fill them out when you need them.
