I link my MS form in trello using power automate, whenever theres a new response in MS form my Board in trello will create a card, but the form details are not reflecting in the new card. need your inputs.

Unfortunately any integration with Power Automate was not developed by us, so I would recommend asking this question with the support team / community for the integration you're using. If an integration was built by Microsoft, I'd ask this question in their community.
