I am not understanding the trello description of how to invite a guest to a workspace. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/
I (trello admin) tried to invite myself with a company external email on one board in a company workspace as a guest to test this. Trello gives me the option to invite myself as a member or a observer like in the mentioned link.
But if I want to send the invite, it tells me that only workspace members can be invited. The aim is to be able to invite external personal (customers) on a single board as a non billable person. This would from my understanding mean that they are not workspace members. Anyone knows how to do this? Do I have to change some settings?
Thanks for the help:-)
Maik
Found the solution myself. In the workspace settings is a guest setting where you have to define who can be a guest on the board.
