How to give access to particular column in the board

Hi,

I have created a board, where i have added 4 columns. A active board member can use 3 columns like moving back and forth for the given task. There is one column as approved where only admin can move the task from 3rd column to 4th column or 4 th column to any previous column.

Only an admin need to move the task from in-progress to approved.

Currently, Trello doesn't offer per-card or per list permissions as mentioned—users would need to be added to the board and then. they'll be able to see and edit all cards on it. We'd recommend creating different boards for different users/permission levels.

To give some context, when we created Trello we wanted to create a single shared perspective for all users and having different permissions on a board would work against that concept, that all users can see that same and see the board at the same stage.
