To change the language,
Click on Settings
Switch to Settings tab
Click on Change language option under the Account details section.

Seems like you are using Trello with an Atlassian account.
Your language setting is synced from Atlassian, so you won't see the 'Change Language...' option like shown above.
You can change your language setting at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
