How to automate an action when x cards in a list

Question

Hi all

im trying to automate an outward email that is sent when say 5 cards are in a list and extract  the same field from each card and insert into the email  eg serial number  custom field which is essentially a alphanumeric number

the outgoing email will have 5 numbers from the five cards

im able to send an email via Zapier but only on one card at a time when the card is moved to the list

any help would be great thank you

I think there is a way that is a little convoluted:

* You'll need a card that processes this in another list.  In my example below it I'm going to call it Serial Numbers
* The list the card is going to go into will be called Items
* It will have an automation that will copy the Serial Number custom field value to the description and assumes that it is the only information in the Item card description
