How often does Trello track cards with automated commands set on them?

I have set a date command as follows:

on the day a card with a complete due date is due, move the card to the bottom of list "Construction Jobs" on board "Past Posts 2"

However, the due date is today, is marked as complete and the card hasn't been moved so I was wondering, is there a particular time of day that Trello will track and execute this command?

@Alison Curryer it should happen within seconds of the due date. The only thing it won't do is apply to cards that already existed and already had due dates set when the command was created -- is that the case?
