The price of adding a new Workspace member on the Standard Plan is:

Monthly - $6 / user / month

Annually - $60 / user / year. Note this will be prorated if you already have an Annual subscription and add someone midway through the annual billing period - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/#How-adding-and-removing-Workspace-members-affects-billing

Our Free plan allows you to add Workspace members at no additional charge. You would simply lose access to the paid features outlined here: https://trello.com/en/pricing and the admin capabilities outlined here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-admin-capabilities/#Standard-and-Premium-Workspaces.
