How do i get a notification if someone adds a checklist item and links me to the item?

So if someone adds an item to an allready existing checklist, and adds me to that item, I'm not getting a notification.

It would also be good to see a way to get a list or another board of all your action items from all the check lists on Trello without having to duplicate the entire card and drag it to your board.
