How do I stop an observer from deleting a comment on a card in Trello?

I need to find some way for a user who is an observer on the boards to not be able to delete their comments.

I think you just need to set commenting permissions so Observers cannot comment. Then they shouldn’t be able to delete comments either. See the second section here

It doesn't work for me because I need observers to be able to comment but not be able to delete their comments. Is there any way to do this?
