When I mention one of the other members on a card in a comment, they are not receiving an email with the comment in it.
I think you can do this by setting up a rule something like this:
when someone is mentioned in a checklist on a card by me, send an email notification to "{mentionedusername}@companyname.com" with subject "You have been mentioned in a Trello card" and message "Hi {mentionedusername}, \n\n {username} has mentioned you in {triggercardname}. \n\n The comment was: \n\n{mentiontext}"
