How do I make custom fields show up only in the card in which I have created them?

I have a board with multiple list which contain multiple cards in each. If I have a list in which the cards will need custum fields, how do I stop the custom fields created in those cards from being auto created in every card in every list in the board?

I don't believe this is possible natively; custom fields will show up on all cards, not just specific ones.

There might be a Power-up which can help with this though? Or perhaps hide empty fields?
