How do I apply automations on existing cards?

I now want to apply these rules to the existing cards on my board. How should I proceed?

Hi @Florence Le Vot _ Radiance Conseil ! Welcome to the community 😊 butler is not retroactive; it's designed to trigger when something happens (in your case when a card is created/updated with a specific title). 

If you'd like to bulk-update cards, I don't believe Trello offers a native way to achieve this, however, there is a power-up that can do this for you.
