How can we make trello automatically bring archieved carda on a particular day (1st day of each month) ?

First of all thanks for this great application, it’s been a life saver for our company.

We provide elevator maintanence services periodically. 1st days of each month, we start providing services from the beginning. Therefor, we create cards for each elevator(or building) and once our employee provides service, he archieves that particular card. So we know that we are done with that building for that month.

However, at the end of the month, all the cards that we created at the beginning of the month will be archieved from our employees because they have to finish their tast by the end of the month.

How can we set trello to automatically bring these arhived cards on the 1st day of the next month? Is this possible? If so, all the cards will be there again and our employees will start their work from beginning and archive them once they are done with that particular buildings cars again.

We are looking forward to you answer! Thank you!

@Cenk altunkaya

Why not use CF to collect you maintenance record include next maintenance date and use them to create a maintenance record item under a “Maintenance History” and at the same time set the due to the next maintenance schedule. There is a great trigger to use based on a set of CFs and once the last item is completed you can trigger the automation. I would normally use a checkbox as the last item.
