I was able to connect Trello to my desktop Outlook via addin.
How do I get this functionality to work in a brower version of outlook?

No such interface from settings. Could not find "Manage Integrations"
Finally Found Something that worked for Outlook Web Access. On the Message itself choose the ellipses and click the Addin and Add Trello.
This has to be done in two places on in the view window and the other on the popup when you double-click the entry.
