Hi Lucia, we're sorry to see you leave. For data security reasons Trello accounts should be deleted by the account owners. 
Before proceeding to delete your account please check and cancel any pending subscriptions as explained here
After you have done this, you will have a free subscription, use the free features anytime and there will be no further charges.

Then here's how you can delete your Trello account if you still will like to proceed with that:
