Hi Lucia, we're sorry to see you leave. For data security reasons Trello accounts should be deleted by the account owners.
Before proceeding to delete your account please check and cancel any pending subscriptions as explained here
After you have done this, you will have a free subscription, use the free features anytime and there will be no further charges.
