How can i change my account name? (not my username)

I want to change my account name. I already know how to change my username but when people are looking for me to send a message they see my account name. And because I changed my working name i want to change this too.

I think you are talking about your "display name" here?  If so, then your display name is part of your Atlassian account, and hence you can change it. 

It's a bit buried (there's a lot of settings for Atlassian accounts), but go to id.atlassian.com (if you're logged into Trello already, then hopefully SSO will kick in and you won't need to log in).  Click on your profile, then "manage profile", and look for the "profile and visibility" section, where you can edit your preferred name, and public display name.
