I have free account for my business and also started a Trello account for my nonprofit work. How can I move a board started in the business account to the nonprofit one? I have both emails as admins on the board I want to move, but cannot seem to change the owner/account name. I need the nonprofit board to not be associated with my business. Help please!
First step is just leaving the Board. On your Main Account, where all the members of a board are listed, click your account icon and Leave the Board.
You may also want to make sure the Team the board is assigned is also changed over to the non-profit account. Then remove the main account from the Team as well. (team is listed to the right of the board name)
(called your business account your main account, as the paid version of Trello is called a business class account and that got confusing)
Hi @Diana Baldi
There's a copy feature that Allows you to copy the cards from one Board into another account's board. However, this doesn't copy any additional comments within each card but it only copies the initial card of each column on the Board. Go to ..Show Menu > more > Copy Board to begin.
