Rick Hansberry August 26, 2020

The previous Admin has left the company and our Member profiles to seem to permit us to Change Permissions to existing Members.

@Amanda Kirk assuming this is a Trello question, the simplest thing to do if no-one on the team has admin access to a board anymore and you can't gain control of the admin account is just to copy the board and leave the old one where it is.

You can also create a new board, and move all the lists over to it.

A Jira admin will need to change the OWNER of the board/board filter or have the existing owner add you all as Admins. Only the current admin/owner can add folk to have access.

You just let them know you need the owner of the filter or board (provide the name) changed.
