I'm trying to link a Google Form to Trello via Zapier, so when someone fills out the form a Trello card is created which includes all of the data entered into the form. The setup has worked for everything apart from the image attachment.
In the Google form people can upload up to 10 images, which are saved to a Google Drive (which is accessible to anyone who has the link). Zapier is setup to grab the file attachment and pull it through to the Trello card, but the attachment that comes through to Trello isn't the image, but instead a really long txt file.
Does anyone know how I can get Zapier to send through the actual image file?
Hi Ali,
Thanks for reaching out!
I just tested this on my side and you'll want to use the URL Attachments field instead of the File Attachments.
In that field, you'll need to specify the question where the user would upload their file.
Once the card in Trello is created, it should attach a link to the file in Google Drive and you'll be able to see that under 'Attachments' in the Trello card.
Let me know how that goes,
Lara
