Due dates showing up on a different day???

Nina Smith January 9, 2019

My Trello account is synced to my Google calendar. When I assign a due date in Trello, it shows up a day earlier in my Google calendar. I've checked all time zone settings in both calendars and they are all the same.

What's doing on? This is driving me nuts.

@Nina Smith Trello stores all due dates in UTC, and presents them depending on the locality that your browser tells Trello it wants to see dates in.

It might be the case that your browser thinks it is in a different timezone for some reason.

Hi Nina,

Are you perhaps also using the Big Picture Power-Up? There are some circumstances where that can change the due date on a card, and that might be the case here: https://wiki.softwareplant.com/display/DOCUMENTATION/About+BigPicture+Trello

If not, I would suggest you reach out to us directly at https://trello.com/contact and we'll be glad to take a look!
