Deactivated members blocked from being a guest

Hi, 

We have deactivated a few members on our premium account however we would want them to still be able to be added to trello boards as a "Guest".

As they are deactivated they are not able to do this as it asks them to log in - which tehy are unable to. 

Does anyone know how to help with this?

Hi @Sherry Goodchild 

I see the users are deactivated and hence you are unable to add them to the boards directly as members.

I would suggest you reactivate the user first, to do so you can refer to the below article

Once the account is reactivated you can remove them from the workspace and then add them as guests.
