I keep receiving an email saying that my Creative Team, workspace is over the collaborator limit and that it's going to moved to 'view only' on May 20th if I don't upgrade.
However, my board is only utilizing 4 of the 10 slots.
3 workspace members and 1 guest.
What do i need to do to ensure that I don't lose access to this board?
Jamie, you will need to look at the Total number of collaborators (across ALL your boards in your workspace) See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
My total number of collaborators is 4. Two of us share 2 separate boards but there are only 4 people total on my team. So if there are more than that showing somewhere, they are not people that I invited nor people that I work with.

In that case, you can just remove all the other collaborators (members, guests and "pending requests") from your workspace. This page has details on how to remove the collaborators. Screenshot below:

That's what I was saying initially - the Creative Team Workspace members screen show 4/10 - (3 workspace members and 1 guest) so there is no one to remove as the 4 showing should be there.
I don't know how else to communicate that there are only 4 people total on the board and that I don't understand why I'm receiving an email stating that my Creative Team board is going to be restricted to view only on May 20th.

Could it be that you have another board with the same name that is in a different workspace with more than 10 collaborators. And the email you are getting is about that different workspace?

@Gaurav Kataria - I had an account years ago that I no longer use, I'll see if I can find my login credentials and check it out as that could absolutely be it! Thank you.

Hi, I also have the same issue as Jamie. I have previous board with the same name that is in a different workspace with more than 10 collaborators. Should I remove the board or the collaborators?

The limitation should only occur for the board that has more than 10 collaborators and will not impact other boards that you have that are under the limit. I was able to recover my previously used account and I simply removed the collaborators from that board so that the email notifications would stop. If you aren't using the board any longer, you could simply delete the board. Hope that helps!

Trello uses the term (member limit) for collaborators within a workspace. Confluence, on the other hand, uses (collaborator limit).
The collaborator limit email you are receiving is likely regarding Confluence, not Trello
Trello and Confluence have separate collaborator limits, can you check the active users in that workspace?

Hi @Humashankar VJ ,
I don't know what Confluence is so no idea how to check that.
Also, I only have a 4 person team, so there is no possible way for me to go over 10 in either space.

That's totally fine! Confluence is just one of many tools out there in Atlassian - am looking into your other inputs on total number of collaborators.

That's a great point!
Let me try to find what other reasons for this event and will get back.
