We've imported our Trello instance in to Jira, and tickets with status: Closed still appear when browsing all open issues.
What do we need to do to solve this please?

Could you please try revoking Jira's access to Trello and enable the Power-Up again to see if that solves the issue? To revoke access, go to your settings by clicking on your avatar, scroll down to "Applications" and hit the "Revoke" button next to the Power-Up.
