Checklist styling when checklist not complete

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When checklists are completed, extra styling is added that identifies that all items are complete.
I was wondering if there was a way (built-in or via an extension/userstyle) to add styling to checklists that are not complete. (e.g. maybe a yellow background instead of green)
