Hi. I am wondering if it is possible to get immediate notifications when an item is checked on a checklist but I don't want to add a due date.  Help!

Hi ITRA Global Admin, welcome to the community! :)

While it's not something that's readily available in the notifications that are sent when watching a list, board or card,

That being said, this is something you could accomplish with Trello's built in Automation by setting up a rule. You can learn more about Automation (formerly Butler) and get started here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-overview/

As an example, I've set up a rule that sends an email when a checklist item is checked:

You can make use of Automation Variables to customise the content of the email: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/.

Hope this helps! :)
