Checklist Not Working

Hi!

Every month, I need to complete some account recs and I'm trying to transition my work to Trello.  I have a rule set up as follows:

Here's my template card with the checklist:

Yet, the account rec checklist that is on my board is blank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kathleen! Welcome to the Trello community!

I was checking this automation by creating one on my testing board and it worked just fine. So the way you create it is correct.

For checking if there were any errors that prevented this automation from running you can click on the light bulb icon above the rule to see the automation log.

Make sure you typed the exactly name of the checklist and the card the checklist is located, because in case there's an extra blank space for example it won't work. So would be a good idea to review this.
