Can notification be enabled and customised when on a list when adding a card

Question

We would like to use Trello for our team and have been testing it.

Is it possible to have a notification sent to anyone subscribed to a list when a new card is added to the list or moved into the list.

Also can the content of that notification be customised in any way?

E.g

List 1 = Cards that need process ABC done, when process ABC is done on card move it to list 2.

List 2 = Card that need process FGH done, but this is done by another team member.

So can the team members subscribed to List 2, be notified that a card in now added and that they need to complete process FGH?

Hi Rick

When a user is subscribed to a board, they'll get a notification any time a card is moved between lists.  If they subscribe only to the list, they need to be subscribed to the "to" and the "from" list.

So for your example, if one user is responsible for List 1 and the other user is responsible for List 2, the user responsible for List 2 needs to be subscribed to List 2. Then when user 1 moves the card from List 1 to list 2, the List 2 user will get a notification.

Have you tested this and are having problems?
