Can I create a card in trello via a zoho or other form and attach an image?

We'd like to gather data and an image from our sales team via a Zoho or other form and then use zapier to create a card that includes that data and image.  I have tried using zoho forms but they do not upoad.  Any suggestions?

The simple answer has to be a yes. So if you are coming from Zoho via Zapier,  you can include attachment when you create a card assuming Zoho trigger provides the image url(public). There are many other forms that allows you to do the same.  Obviously there is a need to look at the specific implementation.

Welcome to the community. Cigdem from Hipporello here. We have a Service Desk Power-Up for Trello that allows you to create forms and publish them on a branded client portal as below. 

Each form fill then creates a card with all the attachments and other details. You can also send messages to those who submit forms right from the created Trello card.
