Is it possible to trigger an action (change a custom field value) each time a due date from a checklist item changes? So not on changing of the card due date but changing/updating of a checklist item due date.

Currently we do not have this functionality in Butler. You can trigger a rule when the card's due date changes, but not when a checklist item's due date changes.
