Butlet automation fail

Lourdes Rodriguez Rivas June 2, 2021

Hi,

we use Butler to move a card automatically in one board (B) when a movement is done in another board (A). The logic of the automation is:

When we move a card in Board A, from column X to column Y, then automatically the card is moved in Board B From column Z to To Column W for example.

The problem we've detected is when we move several cards at the same time in Board A the action in Bard B is not done.

I'd like to know if butler has any kind of limitation regarding this.

Thank you in advance

@Lourdes Rodriguez Rivas There are no limits on concurrency, but there are command and operation limits. Have you tried looking in the usage log for any errors?
