Bulk adding observers - and is there a limit?

I have an enterprise account, but a board with members who are not. I want to add up to 2k observers who can 'view' access only the board. The board cannot be public/visible outside the group I designate or invite.

Is this possible, or is there a cap? Is there a cost? Can I bulk add?

Alternatively I want to have a link to the board that only works with the organization I have, is that possible without making everyone enterprise level?

@schavez I'm not sure if there's a published limit on members, but you might find that you can't add 2,000 observers.

You can't have a link that works only for an organisation unless everyone you're going to send it to is a member of your team.
