I'm using trello in MS Teams, I am the admin. I have set up boards and cards and now when I try and view them I get the following message: "You are logged in as [my name].
Any help would be appreciated.

Can I ask you if you use MS Teams in a browser or as a desktop app? We've received several reports about MS Teams new desktop client causing issues with Trello integration. Here's more about the new desktop client: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/new-teams-desktop-admin
If that's the case, our team has already reached out to MS Teams to resolve this issue. While I don't have an ETA on when this can be resolved, as soon as there's a fix, it will be pushed.
If you're not using the new client, however, could I ask you to try accessing MS Teams in a browser, generate a HAR file, and create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact to share this HAR file?

Don't worry about most of the content on this page; there's a lot of detail here about analyzing the file, which we'll do. For now, all we need from you is help in generating the file, and we'll take it from there.
One very important note is that because the HAR file is so detailed, depending on what activity gets recorded, it has the potential to expose your password, so we strongly recommend after recording the HAR file for us, changing your password here: https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

Hi Alina,
Thank you for your detailed reply. All helpful information since I'm new to Trello.
I believe this issue was caused by using the Trello App open on my iPad. When I logged out of that app, I was able to access Trello in my Teams again, no problem.
