After I've been invited to join a board that belongs to a team that team is the default for every board that I create and that raises two questions:

Is there a way to create a board that's not member of a team?

It's possible to move a board from one team to another, but is it possible to remove a board from any team? To make it just a personal board againg that is.

Thanks!

Hi @P-A Lindkvist ,

Welcome to the community!

Basically, you can't create a personal board like Trello allows users early days. Teams gonna be the new way where you will create a new board.

You may be able to copy a board from one team to another.

You can create another team where only you are a member as well as admin.

You can create a board and while creating choose private in case creating a board in a multi-member team and you are not an admin.

You can create 10 boards in a team.

Soon Teams going to be renamed as workspace.

Thank you, both for the welcomming and for a quick answer.

I solved it,  exactly as you suggested, with a personal team so thats ok. It would be nice if one could mark a team as default for new boards (if you create them aoutside a team)

You can also just make the board Private.  What was called "Personal" has the same properties as a Private board for a team/workspace where you are the only admin.  No one else can see it.
