I work for a non-profit and I am just looking at Trello as an option for us. We would only need a handful of people to be able to create and edit the board(s) but hundreds to be able to see it. Would each person have to have an account and associated cost? Or is there a way for us to share the board to anyone with the link without them having to sign up as a unique user?
Hey @Erin Buzick
If you set the visibility of a board to Public this will mean anyone with the link to the board will be able to see it without creating an account but if they need to make changes they will need to create an account. Here's a link with more information on changing the visibility on a board - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-visibility-of-a-board/
It's also worth mentioning that while we do have paid plans available for Trello, you don't have to sign up for these and can use Trello completely free of charge. Only if you need the features of our paid plans would you need to sign up to them, here's a link where you can compare our plans to find the one that's right for you - https://trello.com/pricing
