I tried setting up my billing information it wasn't successful.

 

I use debit card in Nigeria.

I don't have credit card.

The system is saying credit card.

 

How do I do it?

I am not sure you can, but you should talk to Atlassian about it.

Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact and select "Billing payments and pricing" from the list
