Hello. I signed the app, and it charged me the price of the annual payment, and o would like to change back to the monthly payments, is that possible ?
To reverse the annual billing, and then jus charge monthly ?

There DEFINATELY needs to be a simple Manage Account link that you can update, change, cancel subscriptions. The fact that this doesn't exist, honesly makes me consider if I want to continue using Trello/Atlassian.
You can't make people pay for your service and then give them no way to update it, change the card, manage recurring payments, cancel.
This is SO annoying.
All I want to do is update my payment on file, find out when my yearly subscription will renew, and honestly now... I'm maybe wanting to cancel.
Fix this.

Yes I agree, the billing is untrustworthly if you can not freely move plans and billing options. Trello you will lose my business too if you can't allow me to change from annual to monthly billing. My account ends tomorrow so let me know if you wish to keep my subscription or add me to your churn rate.
Happy to stay if you will respond and allow me to go monthly without any hassle.
