Automation Issue

Question

We have an issue with our customer registration form in our website, here's the link: https://miraclenoodle.com/pages/customer-registration-formThis form is created in Klaviyo and embedded in our website. Once someone fill out the form it will go to our Trello and will create a list per submission. Now for the past weeks we've been getting submission without details but there are also successful submission of the form that goes to our Trello. Klaviyo validated that the form is pulling the data correctly and it's not an issue with the form. Unfortunately until today we are getting * for most of the questions the answer that show is "None"
* email address is weird, it shows something like the sample belowl, we tried to send email to these kind of email addresses and it didn't went through (eg. heidi.est+kl6rzr@gmail.com)

I cannot replicate the problem since we are also getting successful submission and the information that we need from our customer. I even tried to submit on my end and it works well. So I'm not sure what's really going on if this is a Trello issue or no. For your assistance, thanks.

Hi @Heidi Casas

Klaviyo doesn't have an in-built Trello integration so this will surely be connected by something like Zapier or Make.

Can you confirm this?
