Automatic logout

Hi there,

I've encountered an issue while using Trello with my Google account. Over the past few weeks, I've been experiencing automatic logouts after a period of inactivity. This problem persists even when I use the desktop app.

As my Trello account is linked to my work Google account, I don't have an admin role to make any changes to the settings. Therefore, I'm reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this issue.

Something I can do?

As you're using Trello with a work Google/email account, it's possible your company have claimed all the accounts that're on their email domains. This would mean they can manage your account and add restrictions such as how long you'll stay logged in when your account's inactive.

I'd suggest reaching out to your admins to see if they've enabled a restriction like this in Atlassian. 🙂
