Append text to description with automations

Hi there, 

When I move a card, I want to append text to a description (not overwriting existing text) 

Is this possible?

NOTE: I've a column, dedicated to "Checklist" templates where I use the "add checklists" when card moved to somewhere. Maybe there is a workaround I don't know, similar to that.

You have to have the two variables {} {} side by side to update the content of description of a card. One of them being {carddescription}
