Hello Community,
We have been using Trello Enterprise for quite a while now, however, only recently, when adding new users in our list of members, they are created with the status "Virtual".
The member receives an email to login to Trello; when he clicks on the link, he arrives to a connection module (login is done via google SSO). After login the user is redirected to Atlassian portal without access to Trello.
FYI, we tried to invite the user by mail, and also by adding him to a table, and none of the processes worked.
Anyone has the same issue? Do you know how to resolve?
Rami
Hello @Rami ANDRAOS _FR_ ,
We'd like to have a closer look at the issue you're encountering with your invites so could you try to create a ticket with us on https://trello.com/contact?
To add some context, virtual users are placeholders accounts that are automatically created when you invite an email address that doesn't have a matching account on our side.
The owner of the email address can then use the link inside the email invite to set up their account and then access the board/Workspace they've been invited to.
Cheers,
The Trello Team
