Adding A Card with List of Transactions / Numbers

I would like to add a card that is strictly for receipts/transactions that my business makes throughout the day. That way my bookkeeper can add the transactions into the card as they come in from purchases made by our employees throughout the day. If they could then be added up with a running total similar to excel it would be helpful.
